The Provincial [ Board would be able to meet all obhga- ! tions and would have a balance of £4OO or £SOO over. The Bishop urged the cultivation of a spirit of tolerance. He said that many mistakes had been left as heritages of the Church. The parish j of St. James's was faced with its own j special task, but the congregation could j not and did not seek to shirk the wider i task of the Church. In the Church j there was found a real fellowship. [
