SYDNEY, June 12. lb combined unions' Advisory Comlittet meeting this morning is not expected to save a general coal stoppage. Bmwfer, a number of the unions are ifposed to the plans of the engineiimn for closing all the pits, believmthat this will mean the immediate wu of the dispute, mainly because fjt levies will cease. Tiefceting is about to spread to the RweftstJe fields- Threats have been mde of action against the men vmo we u#tting coal underground at the Kifljngworth and Seaham collieries Tht gas restrictions proclaimed in Ifdney yesterday fixed hours for the mof the Australian Gaslight Compraj's gas, with exemptions for certain classes of public consumers, and Nt i £SOO penalty for non-compliance.
