Mrs McGregor left personal estate value £ol<,lß<. She bequeathed her china and bric-a-bac to the Corporation of Glasgow and ~ 20,000 to the University of Glasgow for the purpose of establishing a chair in connexion with medical research. A gift of her house at Butterflatts, along with £30,000 to the Church of Scotland was previously announced.
