The result was a wide distribution of championship honours among the different districts. The results of the semi-finals and finals played to-day are as follows: BOYS* SINGLES. Semi-final—E. A. Rouaiell (Wellington) beat B. Brownie* (Auckland) 6-3, 4-6, 6-4; R. 8. Milne (Auckland) beat J. Bradley (Wangauui) 3-6, 6-1. 6-3. Final—Boussell beat Milne 4-6, 8-4. ••*. GIRLS' SINGLES. Semi-finals —M. Purcell (Wanganui) beat D. Millar (North Otago* 6-1. 6-2: I. Morrison (Canterbury) beat Jean Ward (Taranaki) 6-4. 5-8, 6-4. Final—M. Purcell (Wanganui) beat I. Morrison (Canterbury) 6-8, 6-1. BOYS' DOUBLES. Fial—B. Brownlee and R. S. Milne (Auckland) beat M. Perkins and £. A. Rous seU (Wellington) 6-4, 8-6, 6-3. GIRLS' DOUBLES. Semi-finals—Joan and Jean Ward (Taranaki) beat I. Poole and M. Mathieaon (Canterbury) 6-4, 6-4; M. Purcell and O. Longmore (Wanganui) beat M. Howe and D. King (Wellington) 6-1, 6-1. Final—Joan and Jean Ward best M. P*rcell and C. Longraore 6-5, 6-5. MIXED DOUBLES. Semi-finals—Bradley and C. Loagmor* (Wanganui) beat Cowley and P. Sorby (Wal kato) 6-2, 6-1; Robertson and B. Sutherland (South Canterbury') beat Milne and 3 Chambers (Auckland) 6-2, 6-3. Final—Bradley and C. Long-more beat Robertson and B. Sutherland 6-6, 6-4. BOYS' PLATE. Semi-finals —Chapman beat Strang 6-1, 6-1; Cowley beat Smith 6-4, 6-1. Final —O. Chapman (Otago) beat C. 0»w----ley (Waikato). GIRLS' PLATE. Semi-finals —M. Howe (Wellington) beat Moore (Hawke's Bay) 6-3. 6-4; M. Gleiiny (Hawke's Bay) beat D. Care (North Auckland) 6-2, 6-2. Final —M. Glenny (Hawke's Bay) b«at M. Howe (Wellington) 6-8, 6-5. The prises and certificates were presented by the Minister for Education (the Hon. Mr j Atmore) at the conclusion of the tournament, j and a presentation was made to Mr W. J. j Melody, manager of the tournament.
