LANDED AT NEWCASTLE. (TTSTTED PRESS ASSOCIATIOK—BT ELECTRIC TELEGSAPH—COPTRIGHT.) SYDNEY, May 20. Anxiety felt yesterday for the safety of Pilot Brain, of the Quantas Aviation Service, has been allayed. Brain, who left Brisbane on Saturday with a passenger for Sydney, landed safely at Newcastle.

His passenger was Mr W. Swanton, whose wife died suddenly at Melbourne, and who waa attempting to catch the express for Melbourne, but head winds delayed the *plane, and Brain decided to stop at Newcastle. —Australian Press Association.
