♦— — MIX OR OFFENCES BY MOTORISTS IFHOII CIS MX CpaJJ®SPOK|ia:\T.; SYDNEY, May 9. What with heavy taxee and tolls, and the indignities' that are hesped upon them generally because of the doings of the comparatively f<jw motor ''hogs 1 ' who ought never tp be licensed, owners of ears in New South Wales are at last waking up to the necessity for organised action.
