Bartholomew sat as Coroner. Alter evidence had been taken, the Coroner said the affan was one of pure misadventure and no blame could be attached to the driver of the car. King street was a busy one and children of tender years should not be allowed to play about on it unattended. The verdict would be that death was due to cerebrai hemorrhage caused by being accidentally knocked down by a car on April 11th.
