Miss Dorothy Raymond, Nile street, has returned from a short visit to Mrs W. D. Campbell, at Peel Forest. Miss Nancy Bond, Claremont, is staying with Mrs Timaru Idiodes at the river. Miss Joan Ritchie, Dunedin, is the guest of Ms G. H. Cossins, Wai-ili road. Mrs Malcolm Miller, Wellingtoa, who has been the guest of her mother, Mrs Edgar Jones, of Otiritiri, returned north yesterday. Mrs W. Ballantyne and Miss Jean Ballantyne, Christchurch, have returned north. Mr and Mrs W. J. Caldwell, Greymouth, are the guests of Miss 'Buchaa. Sea view terrace. Mr and Mrs Adams, Auckland, (eft for the Hermitage, Mt. Cook, vesterday. Among the guests at the Hydro Grand Hotel are Miss E. T. (Ealing), Mrs W D. Gallagher Ealing). Major and Mrs S.
