BACK FROM SAHARA.
ADVENTUROUS FLIGHT. MOTOR-RACER'S EXPERIENCE. (united press association— by VLECTaio TELEGRAPH —COPYKIGBT.) LONDON, November 28. Captain Malcolm Campbell, the English motor-racer, has returned after an adventurous flight to Africa, which e made to discover a suitable speed track. He was forced d ° w " African coast, was robbed by Witts, rescued by Spanish soldiers, and oam home in a Spanish'steamer. He found an ideal speed track but decided not to utilise it owing to _ remoteness and tho expense of main 'twtab tr P w' B »id that WM returning with shattered illusions as to the making of a motoring record in the Sahara. He found the area all right, about . 800 miles north of Timbuktu, but it was 150 miles to the nearest outpost, and its only access i across an arid, uneven desert, over which all supplies, including , water, must be carried—United Service.
