The Prime Minister (Mr • Stanley Baldwin) has received a cablegram from Mr Britten, chairman of t|>e Naval Affairs Committee of the United States Hou§e of Representatives, suggesting a joint meeting of members of Parliament in Canada to discuss naval parity. The message was communicated without delay to the House of Commons, with which will rest the decision. It is assured of most friendly considerfltion, b\it the nearness of the (Sonera!
