A FLOWER FETE.
A fine display of flowers will be on view at tho Canterbury Automobile Association's rooms to-day and to-night. The Association and the Canterbury Horticultural Society are holding a floral fete there in aid of the Kannerdale Christmas fund. Choice summer glooms were coming in from some of the best City gardens all day yesterday, and the exhibition promises to be well worth while. To-night patrons will have an opportunity of purchasing them, the proceeds from which will all go to the Christmas fund for the Home.
