(PBESS ASSOCIATIOir TBLEGBAM.) WHANGAREI, November 12. The Hospital Board to-day appointed Sister Swayne to the matronsnip of the Whangarei Hospital, vice Miss Cookson, who resigned to take up the position of lady superintendent of the Wellington Hospital.
