FORGED BILLS.
THE LITVINOFF CASE. (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT.) PARIS. November 11. A search by a special agent of the Soviet's Berlin Legation resulted in the discovery in two French banks of seven bills of exchange amounting to £200.000, allegedly forged by M. L.itvinoff's brother, who was the Moscow representative of the Russian Irade Delegation in Berlin until January, 1926.
