BANK ACCOUNTANT ACQUITTED.
(PBESS ASSOCTAWO* TELMBAK.) NAPIER, November 8. The hearing of nine charges alleging forgery and obtaining credit by fraud and false pretences against Hercules Robert Hunter, accountant for the Bank of New Zealand, was concluded this afternoon. The jury deliberated for a little over an hour and returned a verdict of "Not guilty" on all counts.
