Major Brearley, director of the Western Australian Airways, states that four of the most modern machines are being constructed at the de Haviland works. They will have accommodation for 14 passenger*. ■ They' embody many innovations, which include wheel brakes on the ta L thus obtaining maximum ground manoeuvring. Special instruments enable surer navigation at night, time and above clouds. —Australian Press Association.
