Harrington; on account of Mrs Oswin, superior tiled roof bungalow, together with over 50 perches of land, situated in St. Andrew's square, to Mrs I. Jones; residence, together with an acre of land,, situated in North road, Papanui, to a client. They also conducted successful clearing sales on account of Mr F. R. Jones and Mrs Oswin, the total realisation being £5935.
