The closing wool sales for the week revealed a strong active market with good general competition. An attractive selection stitnlllated prices, wliich ruled at the best levels of the. week. Grensv merino fleece sold to 28|d and comebacks to 2ofd, both the highest figures reached this season. The day's sales totalled 12,035 bales.—Australian Press Association.
