' (rEESS ASSOCIATION TELEGHAIt.) GOEB, August 27. Gore's second Gaiety Gala was opened officially this evening. The town is filled with people for the special week of carnival,' the features being shop displays, street events, a great Highland gathering on' Wednesday, and the big climax, fun and frolic, on Saturdaynext. • The town is a veritable fairyland of lights to-night, and a magnificent effect is produced by the illuminations.
