The Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Sir Austen Chamberlain, is due to leave Liverpool op Thursday in the liner Orcoma, on a health voyage to the western coast of North America, via. tho Panama Canal. He will be absent from England for about 10 weeks. Lady Chamberlain and their two young qhjlfoen will accompany him. The voyage from Balboa to San Francisco will be continued in the steamer President Adams. After a brief holiday in California the party will proceed to Vancouver and will return overland across Canada to Montreal, . _■
