TRIP TO CANADA CANCELLED.

In view of his appointment as the Prime Minister's deputy during Mr Baldwin's . absence at Aii-Les-Bains, Lord Hailaham has cancelled hia arrangements for visiting Canada as leader of the delegates from the Umtea Kingdom branch of the Efnpire Parliamentary Association to a conference which opens at Ottawa at the end of thd month, at which all the Empire Parlaments will be represented.
