POLAND AND LITHUANIA.

Poland intimates that the manoeuvres of which Lithuania complains are being held farther from the frontier than last year. It suggests that Lithuania is endeavouring to leave the Assembly _ to create an atmosphere of insecurity, and thus elude reponsibility for the failure of the negotiations with Poland. —Australian Press Association.
