ORGAN RECITAL.

Last evening's stormy weather precluded a large attendance at the Cathedral when Dr. J. C. Bradshaw gave the third of a eeriea of very fine organ recitals. Those who attended ware presented with a delightful selection of numbers. The programme was as follows:— Organ Sonata in A Major, No. S (Mendelssohn); Barcarolle from the P.anoforte Concerto (Sterndale-Bennett); Two Choral Preludes, (a) "Deck Thyself, O My Soul," (b) "A Rose Breaks Into Bloom" (Brahms); Epilogue in D Minor (Hea'ey Wiltan); The Unfinished Symphony (First Movement) (Schubert); Fantasia on the Irish Hymn, "St. Patrick'B Prayer," for Soprano Solo, Chorus; and Orchestra (Burke); Nocturne in E Flat (Op 9, No. 2) (Chopin); (a) Cantilene Nuptiale, (b) Toccata in GMajor (Dubois).
