BASKETBALL.
CANTERBURY ASSOCIATION. The competition matches for to-morrow will be the same as previously, advertised, with the exception of Section 2, B Grade, which will be as under. If the weather is doubtful, the finals of the B and C Grade tournament will be played off at Normal School at 2.30, the A Grade competitions will be held at 3 p.m. at the Normal School. The teams in the tournament finals are:— Crown Clothing, Mairehaul St. Mary's B, Merivale A, Radley, Te Kaha B, and Sacred Heart C. ■ B Grade, Section 2.—Kaiapoi v. St. Mary's B; Mairehau v. Technical B; Cambridge B v. Te Kaha A; St. Andrew's A v. Sacred Heart B. If the matches are held at the Normal, the following "referees are requested to be present: Mrs Kennedy and Mr Kershaw.
