The Bale at . tha Addington Market will be held on Tuesday, April 24th. ' A sale of work will be held in the Parish Hall, Barbadoes street, on Saturday. The jubilee of the St. Ambrose Church, Sheffield, will be celebrated on April 20th. The Malvern A. and P. Association's annual show will be held in the Sheffield Domain on April 19th. A meeting to inaugurate a Canterbury local branch of the Australasian Association of Psychology and Philosophy will be-held at Canterbury College on Thursday. ■ A meeting of ratepayers and residents of Sumner, convened by members of the Council and in conjunction with the Sumner Business Men's Association, will be held in the Town Hall on Thursday night. The' annual meeting of tho New Zealand Classical Association will be held at Canterbury College on Monday night. The annual meeting of the Christchurch Free Kindergarten will be held in the Y.MiC.A. on 'Wednesday afternoon.
