Glan-yr-Afon, Burwood, March 12th. '. ENCLOSURE. '•Take the Otira Tunnel," said Proipcqor b. E. Murphy, of Victoria College, in a lecture on "The Public Finance of New Zealand." ''What did that cost? Some say it cost £8,000,00u, but no one knows the actual cost—no one in this wide world or in the waters under the earth —I won't say anything about Heaven!
