SONS OF TEMPERANCE. At a recent meeting of the Perseverance division of this order held in the meeting room, Gloucester street, Bro. W. C. Noakes, W.P., presided. One new member was initiated, and) another person nominated for candidature. It was with deep regret that the death of Bro. C. Dash, a valued member of long standing, was reported, ana it was decided to place on record an appreciation of his long and faithful service to the order as a whole. Bro. Wbodlham, chairman of the Hospital and Medical board, gave a short and instructive address on the working and advantages of the board, which was appreciated by members present.
