This Machinery is held on lease, which can be transferred subject to owner's consent, to the purchaser of the Canning Machinery. Successful Tenderer -will I>e required_ to remove Machinery at his own expense within two months of the date- of acceptance of his tender, hut a proposal for the use of buildings now used as the Cannery will receive consideration, and if the continued use by a successful Tenderer of the building for the purpose of a Cannery is arranged, this stipulation will he waived accordingly.

Full details and authority for inspection of the Machinery, etc., may ha obtained on application to the Department of Agriculture, Fiji. Alternative tenders will be received for purchase of the Machinery, exclusive of two Boilers and Can-Making Plant, and two 20 H.P. Electric Motors. Highest or any tender will not necessarily he accepted.
