COURSE ENDED.
+ CADET PILOTS RETURN. Cadets in training at the Wigram Aerodrome as pilots in the New Zealand Air Force completed their three months' course on Saturday. They commenced their course late in November, and after two months of training they were flying solo. Captain J. L. Findlay, Officer Commanding the Wignun Aerodrome, stated that the cadets had made excellentprogress, and the course had proved a .success.
During the three months there was 110 accident, and this was a factor that added largely to the success. Next year the cadets will go through another three months' course, after which they will receive their commissions in the New Zealand Territorial Air Force. They will also probably receive refresher courses each year. Next year, also, another ten cadets will be chosen, and they will undergo the same course of instruction. The result this will be that in a fe'.v yesrs Now Zealand will possess m efficient Air Force Reserve. Hie refresher course for qualified pilots will prohablv commence within the nest two months.
