For Cook Islands (including Rarotonga, Aitutaki, Mauke, Atiu, Manahiki, Mangaia, and Penrhyn), also Tahiti, per Makura, closes at Christchurch at 5.15 p.m.; late fee letters, 5.45 p.m.; guard's van, 6.50 p.m. train.
