NEWSPAPER ADVERTISING.
Sir Charles lijgham, speaking at the Publicity Club, in London, recently, said :
"Press advertising is more productive of results to-day than it has ever been. I have had astounding results from this method of advertising. For only £IOO spent in the 'Daily Mail' inviting rhymettes, Wolsey, Ltd., of Leicester, received in 30 days more than one million—n record, I believe, in competition results." The modern newspaper of standing now accepts only advertising it knows is honest and reliable.
