"WHEN A DOGF LOVES." QUEEN'S THEATRE, MONDAY. A beautiful love story that carries with it a full complement of comedy and pathos, thrills, and tense drama has been brought to the screen in "Risky Business," "Vera Kcynolds's latest starring production which is to be shown at the Queen's Theatre next week. The screen play was adapted by Beulah Marie Dix from Charles Brackett s magazine serial, "Pearls Before Cecily. Cecily, sweet but pampered, becomes engaged to a young country doctor. Her mother, a widow supposed to be wealthy, has sacrificed almost her last cent to keep up appearances in order that her daugnter may marry Coults-Browne, a wealthy suitor. The mother secretly plots with CoultsBrowne to break up the girl's match with the struggling young medico. When Cecily, and ■ her mother spend a week-end at the home of the former's fiance's sister, the discomforts of comparative poverty there play into the mother's* hands. Through a, eerie, of clever and often comic intrigues the mother finally aids chance, and'breaks up the match.
