A School of Publicity is to be opened at the Conservatoire des;Arts «t Metiers, Paris, which is a Government technical institution for arts and crafts. The new school of advertising will be under the auspices of r -the professional advertising associations. Evening courses will be held'for pupils desiring to enter the advertising P ror fession as well as for those already employed in it who wish to perfect their technical knowledge.
