Forecast. An anti-cyclone centre ig now passing to the eastward of New Zealand, but there is a Blight depression in the Tasman Sea. Present indications are for variable winds, tending to northerly, and freshening later in Cook and Fouveaux Straits; generally smooth to moderate seas; the weather fine and warm, but some showers later in Westland and Southern Otago.
