BERLIN, January 4. Important documents relating to tlie proposed loan to Germany by Britain were stolen from representatives of the British banks engaged in the negotiations. The Englishmen left an attache caso in an ante-room at a Government office in the Wilhelmstrasse while they interviewed ari official. When they returned for the bag it was empty.
