STRANGE VISITATION IN MELBOURNE.

(Received January 2nd, 7 p.m.) MELBOURNE, January 2. Melbourne city is being swept by a duststorm from central Australia. The whole of the metropolitan area is drenched by showers of red rain, due to raindrops collecting the dust.
