SCHOOLBOYS' VENTURE. (BT CABLI— PBBSS AS3OCIATIOH—COPtJMOHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND U.S. AKD SUN CABLI.) LONDON, December 30. Forty-three public schoolboys have started a three months' tour of South Africa under the auspices of the Empire Tour Committee. Lord Eustace Percy, in a farewell speech, said that he hoped the tour would be followed by a series of visits to various parts of the Empire. He read 0 the Prince of Wales's farewell message saying that the boys were very fortunate at the outset of their oareers in having the opportunity of gaining first-hand knowledge of one of our great Dominions with boundless resources.
