LOS ANGELES MURDER.
HICKMAN PLEADING GUILTY. (by cASLE—raess association—copyright.) (AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) NEW TOEK, December 28. A Los Angeles message states that Hickman is determined to plead guilty to the murder indictment, despite any advice that the lawyer engaged by his mother may give. The surgeon's report that tho girl died from exhaustion and fright, not from strangulation, might give him a central point to arrange a strong legal defence.
