TRADE WITH THE ISLANDS

PROPOSED N.Z. DELEGATION. [THE PRESS Special Service.] WELLINGTON, November 28. The proposal to send a business delegation, for which the Auckland Chamber of Commerce has nominated two members, to Samoa and Niue on the new steamer Maui Pomare, about the end of next March, has been favourably received by the various business organisations. The Wellington Chamber of Commerce has been much impressed with the suggestion and will also co-operate. The matter has been referred to a committee, which will take up the matter of representation from this portion of the Dominion.
