BRITISH SYNDICATE SECURES CONCESSIONS. (BT CABLI-PRBSS AIiOCIATIOK-COPTMOHT.) (AU6TBALIAH A.VD V.Z. CABLB ASSOCIATION.) LONDON, October 23. The "Sunday Times" announces that the concession for reclaming the mineral resources of the Dead Sea, for which powerful interests in America and Europe competed, has been awarded to a British syndicate, which will be a subsidiary of the Imperial Chemical Industries, Limited.
