EVIDENCE BEFORE COMMISSION. (PRESS ASSOCIATION—Br WIP.ELESS.) APIA, October 14. Counsel for the Citizens' Committee acquiesced in the Commission's new procedure, and Mr Meredith opened the case for the Administration to-day. He intimated that he would call four representative village police to depose regarding the effects of the Mail, also four agricultural inspectors and four village judges to show; that the Mau was usurping the functions ot the tiovernment.
