SHIPPING NOTES

The Storm, due this morning from Timarn, is to sail this evening for Wellington and Wanganui. The John, due to-morrow from Wollington, is to take in cargo on Monday for Wellington, Wanganui, and New Plymouth. , The Cygnet is expected to-night from Kaikoura and Wellington. She is to sail on the return trip on Monday night. The Parera is to load at Lyttelton on Monday for Gisborne, Waikokopu, Tokomaru Bay, and Tolaga Bay. The Holmdale is due on Tuesday from the south, and sails the same day for Wellington and Wanganui. The Wingatui is now expected on Tuesday from Dunedin and Timaru. She loads for Auckland, and sails via Wellington and Picton. The Waikouaitl is discharging poles for the Lyttelton railway electrification scheme. She is to load for Sydney, and should get away on Monday for Timaru, Bluff, and Sydney. The Calm should be here on Wednesday to load for Wellington and Wanganui. The Totara is expected to-morrow from New Plymouth. She loads on Monday for New Plymouth, and sails via Wellington. The Breeze is to sail on Monday, taking cargo for Dunedin,. Oamara, and Timaru. The Athol), with New York cargo, arrived yesterday from Wellington. She is to S3il to-day for Dunedin. The Pakeha is due this morning from Port Chalmers to load. The Norwegian motor tank-ship Lincoln Ellsworth is expected at Lyttelton on Wednesday nest from Sydney. Sho has a partcargo of bulk benzine from San Pedro, Cnli-. fornia x for discharge into the Vacuum Oil J Company's new storage tanks at Dampier's Bay. This is tho first; shipment of balk ben-^ zine to be landed at Lyttelton.

The West Calera sails from San Pedro on November sth for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and New Plymouth. She is due at Auckland on November 30th. The Oydonia is to leave Montreal on November 23rd, for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland on January 2nd. The Hororata is to sail from London on the 26th inst. for Auckland and Wellington. She is duo at Auckland on December 3rd. The West Ivan is to leave San Pedro today for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. , She should arrive at Auckland about November 9th. A' radio message has been received from the Ruapehu, which sailed from Southampton on September 9th, advising thatl she should arrive in Wellington on the morning of the 20th inst.
