This is instead ef retaining the children in England till they reach the age of fourteen, and foreshadows the creation of a Barnardo settlement in Australia • to which it is intended to send increased numbers over fourteen. The cottage plan awaits the State Government's Approval. Mr Green, who extensively investigated child migration, left for Home via Canada.
