STRAND THEATRE.
—-♦, ■ TWO BIG FEATURES. The accomplished artist, Marion Davies, has the leading role in "Lights of Old Broadway," the leading feature on the new "bill at the Strand Theatre. The story opens with the death .o£ an immigraut on a ship en route from Ireland to America, when twin baby girls were, left alone in the world, goes through the romantic and adventurous .course of the children's lives to womanhood, and ends with a strong and quite unexpected climax. "The Fighting Peacemaker," the second attraction, stars Jack floxie, and deals with a cowboy who returns from his home after serving a prison sentence for a crime he did not commit. A girl enters the story, and after a series of misunderstandings the cowboy finds that, after all, the lady is true to him. There is a fight between sheep- and cattlemen,- preceded by daring horsemanship and many strenuous battles. "The Return of the Riddle Rider," a scenic, a comedy, and a news item complete the bill.
