Zealand has directed by a Warrant appearing jn the New Zealand Gazette No.G3 page 2835 ' , n d dated the Bth day of September 1927 that the cost of maintaining the portion of road described m the Schedule hereto shall j e borne by the Chrislchurch City Council the New Brighton Borough Council, and the Heathcote County Council in the following pportions, viz.:—The Christchurch City mncil shall pay thirty-five per centum the r Brighton Borough Council shall' pay and one half per centum, and the Heathcote County Council shall pay twentytwo and one half per centum of such con respectively. Also that the Warrant dated the 27th day of lebruary 1924, and gazetted on the 6th day of March 1924 is now revoked. SCHEDULE. That portion of Page's road in the Hcathwtß County, Canterbury Land District, commencing ac the Christcliurch City Boundarv (s point in line with the eastern boundary „{ the land shown on transfer 48938) and -Toceeding thence generally in a north-east-rly direction to the Avon river.
