1 SIR R. BADEN-POWELL'S CLAIMS. (BY CABLE—FBESS ASSOCIATION —COPYBIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. AND SUN CABLE.) LONDON, September 21. Boy Scouts from Norway, Sweden, and Denmark have sent a letter to the International Scout Bureau in London urging Scout organisations throughout the world to nominate Sir Robert Baden-Powell for the Nobel Peara Prize of 1928, asserting That no movement better expresses Nobel's thought than the Scout organisation.
