Passengers for Orari from Christchurch, Rakaia and Ask burton may travel by the 8.50 a.m. Christchurchrlnvercawflt express train. Passengers from intermediate stations Christchurch and Ashburton, other than Rakaia, must traveTto the usual 7.30 a.m. train from Christchurch and join the ChrfcT church-Invercargill express at Ashburton. - For return journey a special train (connecting at AshW ton with the usual 5.41 p.m. train from Orari) will leave burton at 7.0 p.m. and arrive Christchurch at 9.2 p.m.' tu train 1 will stop where required to set down passengers. The Dunedin-Christchurch express train which leaves Orari at 5.3 p.m. will take passengers for Ashburton, Rakaia. Christchurch. Usual 11.36 a.m. train for Ashburton will leave Timaru 10.40 a.m. and arrive Ashburton 2.20 p.m. 30™ SEPTEMBER. Special passenger train for Orari will leave Christchurch 8.30 a.m., Rolleston 9.10, Rakaia 9.55, Ashburton 10.38, audi arrive Orari 11.35 a.m. Will stop, if required, at AddirigtonT Sockburn, Hornby, Templeton, Rolleston, Dunsandel, Rtta£ Chertsey, Ashburton, Tinwald, Winslow, Hinds, and Ealitaetj' pick up passengers for Orari. Return special passenger train will leave Orari 5.40 jjjy i Ashburton 7.0 p.m., and arrive Christchurch 8.43 p.m. wl stop, if required, at Ealing, Hinds, Winslow, Tinwald, Ashbiife'; ton, Chertsey, Rakaia, Dunsandel, Rolleston, Templeton. Hornby; Sockburn, and Addington to set down passengers. Usual 5.41 p.m. train for Ashburton will leave Orari 5.54 p.m.* and arrive Ashburton 7.2 p.m. Usual 11.36 a.m. train for Ashburton will leave Timaru.. 10.40 a.m. and arrive Ashburton 2.20 p.m. FARES. Tickets' at Holiday Excursion Fares will be issued to Orari, from Christchurch, Hinds, and intermediate stations on route by trains and connecting trains arriving at Orari up to l--1.15 p.m. each day, September 29th and 30th, available fori return until October Ist. .
