BILLIARDS.
INTER-BOROUGH CONTEST. In connexion with the inter-borough contest between Kangiora and Kaiapoi for the Mcintosh Shield, the snooker and billiards tournaments were played at Kaiapoi last night, when each side scored one point. In the snooker tournament Rangiora won by 5 games to 3. In tho billiards contest Kaiapoi scored 5 to Rangiora's 3.
