SIR JOSEPH WARD LEADER AGAIN? [IKB PEESS Special Serrie#.] AUCKLAND, September 19. That arrangements were being made for Sir Joseph Ward to take over the leadership of the Liberal Party was stated by Mr Hall Skelton in an address given by him at Waiukuin support of Mr IV Parker, Liberal candidate in the Raglan by-election.
