MOTOR-CYCLIST FINED.
(rasss XSSOCIA.TIOK TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, September 19. Lome James- Lipsett, who knocked Qq\yn zi boy on the ilutt road while he was riding a was fined £»10 and his license was cancelled for 1928. It was stated that Lipsett was m a drunken condition, and there was no light on the motor-cycle.
