Just as the hour was approaching 10.30, Cr. D. G. Sullivan rose sharply to his feet at last night's meeting of the .City Council, and, objecting that the cost of cars for taking Councillors home was becoming a big item, protested twice that no new business should be taken after 10.30. The Mayor replied that the business in hand would bo quickly disposed of, and the Council rose a few miniites later. .?
